EDC's Feats Revisited

Feats are great.  They bring the promise of a truly customized character with special abilities that no one else has.  But what happens when most of the feats on the list aren't as good for your character as simply boosting his or her main ability by 2?

That's where EDC's Feats Revisited comes in.  I've spent countless hours modifying the feats, and playtesting those modifications, to make each feat in the Player's Handbook far more interesting and useful than they currently are.  All without jeapordizing the balance of the game.
