Warlock Pact: Pact of the Song

I made this with the intention of giving a flavorful new pact boon option for warlocks, that also enhances the class in a way that isn't too powerful, but also isn't too weak. This boon allows you to focus on helping your allies and hindering your enemies, while not overshadowing classes that do similar things (especially the bard, which this was heavily inspired by) If you have suggestions for balancing, please feel free to leave a comment and let me know what might need changing. This is my first attempt at homebrew so it may need a few changes before its truly balanced.
