The Biggest hex map ever made!Publisher: Dungeon Masters Guild

This is to date, the biggest hexagon map ever made for D&D to my knowledge (by number of hexes) containing 1130 x 930 hexes each 12 miles on the side.

That is over 1 million hexes!

There are no other hex maps approaching this number.

This map is bigger than the Mystara hex map of the known world found in "Rules Cyclopedia" (1991).  It covers 13,560 miles by 11,280 miles which is more area than the Faerun map.

Only major rivers are incorporated and there are no cities or landmark names. The DM can populate this map to his or her wishes.

At least when it comes to maps... size matters.

This product includes a winRAR file with the following:

  • The Biggest hex map ever made, in PNG image format. Each hex is 32 x 28 pixels. Warning: The map is 36.1 MB and as such some applications may have problems opening it.
  • The PNG image of the same map but with each hex only 16 x 14 pixels. 12.1 MB
  • The map in printer-friendly hexes (PNG image format, 22.1 MB).
  • The printer-friendly version of the compact map (each hex 16 x 14 pixels 6.94 MB).
  • The map, split in 4 parts (each hex 16 x 14 pixels).
  • The map, split in 36 parts  (each hex 16 x 14 pixels).
  • A PDF file describing how the map was split.

And two more winRAR files with that contain the split maps only and the entire maps only (colored and printer-friendly).

Price: $0.85
