For one reason or another, not every aspiring bard makes it. Some lack the talent, and some simply lack the discipline to truly unlock the secrets of the bardic arts.

Every once in awhile, however, there comes along a candidate who lacks the drive to be accepted into a bardic college by their peers, but is possessed of such incredible natural talent that they can fake it all the way across the proverbial finish line.

Gadabouts are typically lazy and ridiculous, seemingly unable to take even the most dire of circumstances seriously. Their natural ability is so great, however, that they learn to unleash it in several powerful - but unusual and unpredictable - ways.
