Kobolds - A Balanced Build

I have started learning to create media in different forms at an intermediate level and get into creative work because it's a passion of mine, but D&D is also a passion.  I've been playing some Adeventurers League and wanted to create a backup character in the form of a Kobold.  I wasn't entirely satisfied with the balance of Kobold player races available, then decided it wasn't beyond my capacity to make my own.  I don't think there's a lot wrong with the others, it's just my own personal taste.

Discalimer: I just used the 5e MM Kobold artwork from Page 195.  But again, this is not for profit.  Enjoy!
