Chronomancy Spell - Time Rip

Time Rip is a unique spell attack for Chronomancers.  By passing time through a target, the damage multiples over additional turns. Although Time Rip can be powerful, be cautious.  The longer that magic unnaturally bends time, time rifts can occur causing powerful random events.
