Scrivener for Windows does not support compiling to two columns, but the Mac version does. So, for windows user's you can do all your writing in Scrivener, then export to RTF/Word and change your final output to 2 columns.
If you don't have it installed, you'll need the Andada and Andada SC fonts which are included in the download files.
